YOUR OPPORTUNITYWe are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to support our Customer First philosophy based in Port Hedland, WA. This role is critical within our broader Customer Service Excellence Team.Whilst you will be focusing on delivering exceptional service to our customers and the market, this role will see you responsible for providing exceptional counter sales requirements to meet internal and external customer needs. Responding to sales queries, quoting customers, liaising with other locations and departments to source products to meet our customer needs. No day will ever be the same!We have a learning and development program for the right candidate so you will be set up to succeed from the beginning!Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:Managing sales enquiries within our branch, over the phone, over the counter and via emailBuild engaging relationships with our customers and internal stakeholdersProcess customer quotes, orders and manage the end-to-end customer relationshipAttend to branch administrative requirements; reconciling daily banking, preparation of test certificates, filing and archivingProviding product-based and technical information to ensure the customer considers the right product for their applicationEnsure customer requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated timeframesTake ownership in continuing and cultivating all customer relationshipsAs part of a small team you may be required to assist in other areas of the businessTo be successful, you will have:Sales and customer service experience and the ability to work unsupervised in a small teamExcellent oral and written communication with a proactive approachComprehensive computer experience with the ability to learn internal applicationsStrong time management skills with a solution focused approach to problem solvingBe safety minded and promote all things safety within our branchAbility to focus on completion of allocated tasks and have a high attention to detailCULTURE & BENEFITSA career with Bullivants will offer you rewarding experiences and opportunities for growth and development.
