This role is a member of Visa’s Consumer Solutions team reporting to the Director of Credit Products. • Efficiently plan, schedule, and coordinate deliveries to meet customer requirements.
• Verify product availability and coordinate with the inventory team to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Provide timely updates to customers and sales team regarding delivery status and any potential delays.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving problems, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate SAP details of deliveries, including customer notes on order, delivery confirmations, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with the national warehouse, state workshop, logistics, and service teams to streamline delivery processes.
• Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
