Franchise businesses, Entrepreneurs, property developers and construction in the $10-$100mil range is just the starting point.    The Opportunity: As an Assistant Manager in Business Services, you'll work directly with clients to deliver high-quality services and build great relationships. You will work in a supportive and collaborative team and be offered professional development opportunities, a competitive salary, and comprehensive benefits.    Key Responsibilities: As an Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will include: Preparation and preliminary review of financial statements, taxation returns, and tax plans for family groups and business clients. Managing additional statutory reporting requirements, including payroll tax Creating and implementing business cash flow, forecasting, and value-add reporting materials. Handling Business Activity Statements. Corresponding with the Australian Taxation Office on behalf of clients. Providing support to the management team and mentoring junior staff.    To be successful in this role, you should possess: Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting Major) or equivalent. CA/CPA qualification or nearing attainment. 4 years of business services and taxation experience. Strong technical knowledge of accounting, financial, and business principles. Excellent organizational, time management, and teamwork skills.
