ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is seeking an experienced Application Solutions Manager to lead and oversee our application services and systems development initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direction, leadership, and managerial oversight to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the application services, with a particular focus on the Salesforce CRM platform, leading a team of two Salesforce Administrator/Developers.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the execution of the Application Strategy in alignment with the organisational and IT strategic objectives;
* Uphold and enhance application and data architecture, emphasising the strategic functional and data analytics potentials of the Salesforce CRM platform and its seamless integration with other essential business applications;
* Oversee relationships with application providers, vendors, and partners to guarantee adherence to security and compliance standards, fostering collaboration as necessary;
* Lead the team, efficiently managing team workload and offering guidance and support in establishing and managing work priorities.
Key Skills
* Demonstrated experience of 3-5 years in a leadership role focusing on Salesforce solution design within an organisation;
* Proven ability to collaborate closely with business stakeholders to drive enhancements and improvements in Salesforce and application environment;
*Proficiency in Project Management with demonstrated experience working end to end across various projects;
*Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field and Salesforce certification in Administration and Development.
