It operates stores in various locations across Australia and also has an online presence for customers to shop through their website.The role: Act as a Functional and Technical developer for Salesforce Service Cloud and Loyalty solutions when exploring or developing new initiatives Develop and review functional and technical designs developed as part of the project Successfully designing, constructing, integrating and deploying Salesforce Service Cloud and Loyalty developed capability Ensuring appropriate levels of testing have been performed for any new initiatives being deployed to production Act as an advocate/stakeholder for my client's Loyalty Application team, ensure the Support Manager is kept informed on any technical decisions and where required make those architectural decisions in the best interests of the loyalty program and business stakeholders Keep abreast of new technology and trends in the Salesforce Service Cloud and Loyalty services area and distribute this knowledge to other members of the team.   Qualifications: Relevant Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Developer (Advanced), Administrator (Advanced), Service Cloud, Experienced in Salesforce object structure and customizations, relational database and data integration tools of at least 5 years Experience performing configuration changes to applications In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud Data Cleansing, Data Loading and integration Certification as follows: Salesforce Certified Service Cloud / Salesforce Developer / Salesforce Administrator Working knowledge of HTML, Java, J2EE, EJB, JSP,…
