About the role - Assistant Marketing Manager
We have a few exciting opportunities to join our Visa team as an Assistant Marketing Manager supporting either a business or consumer debit product within our clients Everyday Business Banking portfolio. Unlock your potential in our clients fast paced, dynamic and customer focused environments.
Embedded at the clients office, you will enjoy working in a collaborative team alongside experts from the internal marketing strategy and planning, product, channel, data and insights, as well as external delivery partners. Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be supported by our Visa team to execute flawlessly for our client.
About you
Our ideal candidate has experience executing customer engagement campaigns in the fintech or financial services space. With 3-5 years of experience, this person is energized by taking a task, developing, and managing the pathway through to execution. They will have strong stakeholder management skills and are fundamentally driven by results. If you thrive in a team environment and have a passion for the customer, we want you!

Key experience
End-to-end execution of marketing campaigns rooted in customer insight, taking it from idea to the creative and message the customer will experience.
Experience managing multiple campaigns at once across various timelines, contributing to project plans and timeline, providing updates and raising roadblocks or concerns in a timely manner.
Working closely with internal partners such as customer experience, digital and comms to ensure consistency of message across all channels.
Document processes, key learnings and best practices in artefacts that can be reused across the clients business.
Ensuring all communication consistently meets brand guidelines, compliance requirements and is prepared in accordance with the Brand Marketing and Advertising standard operating procedures.
Being a confident communicator and strong team player with strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
