We are seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager – Motoring, to join our team on a fixed term Contract.
As our Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic marketing solutions within the NRMA’s Roadside & Motoring portfolio. You will be responsible for leading the annual marketing plan to increase demand and lead generation for NRMA Batteries and other motoring & roadside products as required (including membership upsell) and driving value and prioritising effective campaign execution.
In this role you will:
- Develop and oversee the end-to end marketing campaigns across all relevant media channels for batteries and other roadside/motoring products
- Build in effective communications strategies that enhances the NRMA brand in the market and exceeds acquisition targets whilst lowering the cost to acquire
- Work closely with business stakeholders to develop and test compelling product propositions, offers and channel mix as part of product proposition
- Work effectively to achieve acquisition & retention targets
- Develop marketing metrics for best practice and campaign optimisation
- Develop briefs and management of campaigns to our associated media and creative agencies
- Manage the product portfolio communications platform across media, communications and creative.
- Work closely with the Digital and Content teams to implement marketing plans to drive leads into the funnel
- Using data analytics and test and learn methodologies across media and owned channels to help direct future campaigns
- Monitor and implement competitor marketing activity and best-practice examples from other categories locally and from overseas
- Provide timely post-campaign analysis and reporting, ensuring campaign learnings are actively applied to future activities to maximise marketing return on investment
- Maintain spend within batteries and other motoring products budget for annual business planning approval
- Lead and monitor BU compliance with Australian Privacy Principles
