On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist.
The role will be responsible for supporting the business in the development, execution, and delivery of marketing campaigns across the portfolio to maximise acquisition and retention of users and clients. The focus of the role is to manage and execute marketing campaigns that meet and exceed ROI targets for the marketing plan, whilst delivering on client campaigns and attracting new clients across the portfolio.
The daily duties and responsibilities include:
• Identify market opportunities and advise the leadership team on all marketing strategies and campaigns to reach target markets, expand company brand and promote services to new customers
• Showcase your creative side to produce and design all marketing collateral, including digital, video and print content, to be used across companywide communication
• Manage all social media platforms including, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube, ensure all content is scheduled, brand-appropriate and aligns with company content pillars guidelines & objectives
• Conduct all research and analysis of data in relation to consumer patterns and preferences.
• Predict and develop collateral for current and future trends across all social media platforms and implement all appropriate findings
• Oversee the company website & blog, create and manage SEO initiatives and evaluate the effectiveness of existing strategies to provide recommendations for improvements
• Keep ahead of search engine algorithm updates and integrated marketing trends, perform competitor analysis and collate findings into actionable recommendations
• Take ownership of creating interesting and brand-appropriate copy across social media, email communications, client-related content, marketing & blog content
Education – Bachelor degree or higher qualification desirable. Industry experience may substitute.
Experience & Skills
• 2 to 4 years of related experience
• Hands on experience in designing, building, launching and evaluating marketing plans, campaigns and programs
• Experience in digital marketing techniques and the optimisation of digital content across channels
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Knowledgeable on Microsoft CRM
• Strong attention to detail when working with data
• Effectively manage events to be on time and budget
• Knowledge of marketing technology trends.
• Advanced computing skills including Microsoft Office applications, databases
• Passionate with a creative and pragmatic outcomes-driven approach
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
Salary - Salary being offered is commensurate with qualifications and experience and is between $80,000 - $100,000
