Managing the Inbound, Outbound and Seminar channels of leads into the business
Coordinating Field Sales team members' diaries
Ensuring that all prospect and client interactions adhere to quality and compliance guidelines, and regulatory requirements
Successfully achieving Team Booking/Sat and Deal KPIs by managing Telesales performance funnel through: Headcount, activity, conversion, quality and BSC pipeline/WIP
Recruit, retain and engage great people
What you'll need to succeed
Relevant Sales Team leadership skills and experience
Demonstrated experience leading B2B teams and people management
Experience in a similar industry is desirable but not essential
The ability to maintain and develop effective relationships with stakeholders
Strong rapport building skills
