Position Title: Marketing Manager Reporting to: Regional GM
Role Overview: As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in strategizing and executing digital marketing initiatives. This hybrid role (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in-office) involves managing a diverse team covering graphic design, product/brand specialization, marketing coordination, and digital marketing. Your responsibilities include localizing US marketing materials for the Australian market, overseeing product launches, managing budgets, and contributing to various marketing facets.
Requirements:
Experience: A well-rounded marketer with 5+ years of experience, including digital marketing expertise.
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in consumer goods, dermatology, or health products and hands-on implementation of marketing strategies.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a health-related field.
Personality: Outgoing, energetic, optimistic, and socially inclined with excellent communication skills.
