About the Job

In this 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, the Senior Analyst is a part of the Business Intelligence (BI) and Research stream of a broader Analytics Team, supporting a broad spectrum of business stakeholders by finding innovative connections through data mining and deep dive analysis. Providing the business with deep insights into the current and likely future behaviour of Rests members and employers through visualisation and data storytelling.

This role supports enterprise business strategy, including retention, onboarding and employer service, executing in concert with all teams across Rest.

The Senior Analyst (BI) role is embedded, and will work day-to-day, within a cross-functional Data and Insight product team.  Vision, roadmap and priorities for each team is set by a product owner.  Each team will contain the skills required to deliver working solutions to end-users (including, but not limited to, analysts, engineers, quality assurance, scrum master, etc. 

Key accountabilities include:

• Help devise and implement behavioural analysis, providing actionable insights to key stakeholders.
• Create and maintain intuitive Tableau dashboards that support data-driven decision making.  Dashboards should be focused on optimisation and end user experience in order to help promote a self-serve analytic culture.
• Actively contribute to the continuous development of the analytical hub through data enrichment, customer interaction derivation, trigger detection and feature engineering.

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our core-technology division reporting to the Business Intelligence Team Lead, this role will be responsible for creating business intelligence artefacts for the wider business. This is a hands-on role where you will be required to understand reporting requirements and deliver BI solutions in a complex and demanding environment. About The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Software Analyst with experience in designing, developing and implementing cloud solutions on AWS platforms. We currently have a 12-month maximum term contract opportunity for an experienced Iteration Manager Business Analyst (IMBA) to join our Technology team to facilitate, coordinate and deliver programs including delivering on business case objectives, business analysis, team velocity, project communication & reporting and change management. Today we have a unique opportunity for a talented Product Owner/Business Analyst to join our team to ensure technical solutions meet business needs and requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather & document customer requirements, map them to platform capabilities, and build solution architecture.
• Collect Software Requirements, including writing use cases, constructing workflow charts, and diagrams.
• Create 'as is' and 'to be' process maps.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Identify strengths and weaknesses in the current client systems and processes.
• Hold continuous communication flow with external stakeholders.
• Take full ownership of project and software support documentation.
• Analyze and design the Salesforce CRM system.
• As a team member provide learning support to more junior colleagues.
