About you

Our ideal candidate is a confident problem solver who’s an expert in the analytics side of marketing campaigns and can synthesis key findings and insights for the business. You have experience working with bank product teams and digital payments technologies and are energised by taking a task and developing and managing the pathway to the solution. If you are driven by results and are customer-obsessed, we want you!

Things that should be familiar to you

  • Delivering quality insights in a fast-paced, agile environment where you will build customer journeys in the form of Next Best Conversation customer decisioning & other digital channels
  • Proficient in SAS / SQL / R / Python, and Excel (PowerPoint experience beneficial)
  • Extensive experience in using data driven analytics to develop dashboards, insights and recommendations
  • Ability to understand complex problems and take a structured approach to find answers in the data
  • You feel capable in managing multiple stakeholders in order to undercover, quantify and present key findings
  • You’re a confident communicator and strong team player

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
