• Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Respond to all facility inquiries and complaints, assess problems and take the necessary corrective action
• Coordinate with outside contractors for the service and repairs of equipment

About You

• A minimum of 1 year of work experience in an administrative, accounting or tenant services capacity
• Experience with data entry, expansive reporting, filing, answering phones, scheduling and communications
• Previous customer service experience
• Prior experience working in the facilities/property management, commercial real estate or professional services industries preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and complete records of all test data, calculations and results.
• Maintain laboratory procedures and test methods
• Maintain and report on laboratory quality assurance activities
• Undertake sampling of routine and non-routine production and environmental streams and finished product tanks as required.
• Prepare calibration standards as required
• Assist with QA monitoring of laboratory activities including proficiency testing, correlation testing etc.
• Participate in internal and external audits
• Maintain Refinery PQ Risk Register
• Manage refinery PQRI (Product Quality Refinery Incidents)
• Act as a SME for refinery process changes, test runs and MOCs
• Act as the first point contact in-between Supply and refining business
• Provide non-routine investigations-testing

About the role

• This opening is for a Freight Coordinator to join our team at our Brisbane Airport Location

• This is a Permanent Full Time position, 7.6 hours x 5 Days a week (6am Starts)

• Provide timely, accurate and thorough information in response to customer queries and escalations through inbound and outbound customer contact.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the day-to-day operations of the facility(s), including cleaning, life-safety, engineering, site services, and general maintenance are implemented and carried out in a manner consistent with C&W policies and client directives.

• Supervise all maintenance programs relating to the interior and exterior conditions and appearance of the properties

• Under the direction of the Facility Manager, respond promptly to requests for building maintenance, repairs, cleaning needs, etc. from building occupants and for the implementation of ongoing contract programs to address and resolve needs and problems

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Coordinator to join us on our friendly, fast paced and dynamic depot based in Paget, Mackay. 

You will optimise operations efficiency through effective utilisation of equipment and resources, ensuring movement of freight in accordance with schedules and time deadlines.

What you’ll do (duties/responsibilities including/not limited to):

• Co-ordinate the allocation of workloads to maximise the efficient use of all assets

• Prepare, complete and maintain daily control and allocation of PUD fleet to ensure pick-ups are in line with customer requirements

• Provide feedback to customers internal / external as required on status of pick up and deliveries

• To ensure vehicles allocated to pick up dangerous goods comply with the Australian Dangerous Good Code

• Ensure that where bulk dangerous goods are to be picked up, the driver is holder of the appropriate licence

• Ensure compliance and contribute to the on-going development of Operational procedures and documentation consistent with the Toll Management System

• At all times, ensure employees and contractors work in accordance with the established procedures and practices of the business.

Reporting to the Planning Manager, this role is responsible for supporting a high standard of administrative activities between Planning and Logistics across the ANZ region.  Collaborating with freight forwarders, 3PLs and internal cross functional teams to ensure the operation consistently meets the requirements of the business and ensure data integrity is on point.

PLANNING

• Deliver clear and consistent communication streams between the Planning and Logistics departments to ensure data integrity and high standard serviceability for all Planning activities
• Support Planners with Internal Requisition management and delivery information
• Manage stock movements and allocations to support strategic customer requirements
• Route NPI (New Product Introduction) skus through the allocation process with the support of the Planners
• Manage and prepare daily Planning reports to support the Planners
• Review and prepare monthly excess scrap reviews and complete transactions in the ERP system
• Assist with planning report preparation as directed by the Head of Supply Chain, ANZ

LOGISTICS

• Maintain inbound deliveries to ensure the correct arrival information is recorded in the ERP Systems
