Systems Compliance Coordinator (261112: ICT System Analyst)

Full-time/Permanent

$70,000 - $78,000

Duties and Responsibilities:

*Evaluate systems, processes and methods currently used in the workplace.
*Work with management to design modifications, additional system components or new systems to meet needs of each business unit.
*Develop and deploy functional specifications within CRM to ensure efficiency, productivity and accountability.
*Identify, investigate, and analyse processes, procedures and work practices for accuracy, efficiency and accountability.
*Review all new products, systems, or processes to ensure compliance.
*Ensure all key data reports are easily generated and accessed with highest level of accuracy for management.
*Identify and assess areas of significant business risks (these include but are not limited to data/server security and potential risks).
*Manage and report compliance breaches and exposures. Conduct ad hoc investigations into identified or reported risks, or breaches.
*Develop, implement, and maintain internal audit policies and procedures.
*Ensure complete, accurate, and timely audit information is reported to Management and/or Risk Committees.
*Work with external IT contractors to ensure efficient and smooth coordination of the organisation's IT system and ongoing requirements.

Qualification and Experience:

Relevant AQF Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.


Sales and Business Development Manager (131112: Sales and Marketing Manager)

Full-time/Permanent

$70,000 - $78,000

Duties and Responsibilities:

*Develop strategies for the acquisition of new clients for our main services (Education and Visas).
*Discover and explore business opportunities including but not limited to referral partner- networks, cross-selling and working closely with our industry partners to actively promote the products & services of the Group.
*Creation of business and marketing proposals for universities/colleges in order to obtain Agency Agreements for our target markets.
*Set, develop and implement strategies to meet minimum enrolment targets set by our Institution partners for each semester/trimester intake.
*Play an active and key role in the raising of brand awareness/loyalty by marketing and promoting the products and services of VEVS Global Group.
*Develop and nurture relationships with existing customers.
*Create business proposals and official marketing & promotional materials to present to potential clients.
*Maintain up-to-date and accurate knowledge of the Group’s products & services, industry trends, changes in migration legislation and regulations, and education updates.
*Maintain and manage the relationship with sub-agents and stakeholders in a Business Development capacity.
*Work closely with our branch offices and overseas country managers to strategise and plan suitable marketing campaigns (both digital and print) for reach and lead generation.

Qualification and Experience:

Relevant AQF Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience. Experience in overseas markets will be treated preferably.
