Your New Role

Working between our South Melbourne Head Office and our operational centre in Dandenong South, you'll deliver top-notch sales admin service to ANZ wholesale customers. You'll coordinate accounts, manage cold leads, and ensure smooth operations for the Independents team. If you're process-driven, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact, this is your chance to help drive business growth and elevate customer experience. This role is a 12 month maternity leave contract, with the potential to go permanent within other teams.

Your Day to Day

  • Manage National Sales Agent Network communications.
  • Provide solutions-focused service to nominated accounts.
  • Coordinate POS materials and campaign launches.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Contribute to key business projects.
  • Release and prioritise sales orders for dispatch.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report to sales team.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting to sales leaders.

Your Skills

  • Excellent organisation and time management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in cloud-based ERPs and CRMs.
  • Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Problem-solving skills under pressure.
  • Previous sales admin experience.
  • Understanding of wholesale consumer goods.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite and Google Suite.
