• Attend key account review meetings to align consignment holdings in accordance with the consignment agreements.

• Complete monthly reconciliation of in field audit findings and investigate discrepancies (missing and additional items) utilising 3PL ERP system

• Manage the removal of any excess, short-dated or expired inventory for return to 3PL warehouse
• Monthly report on metrics associated with consignment management process (e.g. on time completion of counts, percentage accuracy of counts) to management team
• Generate and update reports to track movements and status of consigned goods
• Liase with external (3PL) and internal (customer service, sales team) customers to resolve discrepancies
• Facilite monthly consignment review meetings with senior management to review consignment KPI’s and stock holdings in field
• Facilite quarterly consignment governance review meetings with senior and regional management to align Customer Operations and Commercial requirements for consignment
• Manage and present Consignment Dashboards with internal stakeholders
• Regional monthly presentations showing consignment reduction progress and overall performance.
• Work with marketing on product launches and key projects relating to consignment
• Work with customer services team and logistics to resolve any consignment related issues

This Part time position is a Business Development Consultant role, and is customer centric, focused on nourishing and building our current NDIS client database within EACH. You will enjoy building strong partnerships with new and transitioning customers. As the first point of call, you will be guiding new and existing customers through the framework of EACH to receive our NDIS related services.

As a highly motivated team player in the way you engage and retain your customers, working in the NDIS field, you will become a Master of explaining our services in detail to our customers, being very well organised you can engage a wide audience including community stakeholders.  The person we are looking for also has community-based disability, mental health or early childhood intervention experience or experience in a related field.

Ideally you will bring strong knowledge of the NDIS system and be comfortable in working towards regular KPI’s.

Your day will include constant communication with NDIS customers, obtaining the correct customer information and relevant compliance documents.  You will onboard and configure their plans using CARELINK+ to make sure all customer financials are clearly established within their service agreements for new and renewing customers.

In this role you will: 

• Support and contribute to the development of a Partner insurance administration review framework, producing necessary reports and tracking of agreed management actions between TAL and our partners.
• Create a catalogue and document agreed processes and principles and implement relevant frameworks that clarify and strengthen our operating model. 
• Support and contribute to the development of a centralised process/framework and tools to manage annual attestations, Partner insurer questionaries and other Partner contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders across TAL and or facilitate where appropriate, training/information sessions on existing or newly developed initiatives.
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of our operational risk control registers together with our Line 1 Risk team.
• Support the coordination of end-to-end Partner business reviews, setting up meetings, document minutes, actions and required reports.
• Maintain the internal intranet page for the Risk & Governance team, ensuring all information is current, up to date and manage user access.
• Provide necessary administration support to the Governance & Reporting Manager, Head of Governance & Risk and the Governance and Risk leadership team.

As our Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing incoming sales inquiries and converting them into successful business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Qualifying all incoming sales department phone calls and directing them to the appropriate sales representative based on the size and type of event.
• Monitoring the sales enquiry inbox and promptly actioning or distributing leads to the appropriate sales representative.
• Working reactively to convert leads and opportunities for group business, such as meetings, weddings, sporting and leisure groups.
• Assisting the proactive sales team in preparing proposals and contracts for clients, utilizing Opera Sales and Catering and ANAIS.
• Participating in prospecting research to identify new opportunities and conducting market research to source new meetings, conferences, and group business.
• Supporting the proactive sales team with confirming new business, including site inspections, quotes, contracts, and inquiries.
• Conducting regular market analysis to stay informed about trends.
• Having a complete understanding of the hotel’s sales vision, products, services, and rate structure to fulfill business objectives.
• Maintaining and building relationships with existing customers to ensure their business is retained.
• Assisting in managing the smooth running of the sales department through adequate and timely support.
