The Vehicle Buying Coordinator's key responsibilities are to support the Vehicle Buyers and provide customer service support to their customers.
The role covers all areas of vehicle purchasing administration and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately, prepared with high quality and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Maintain and update the Buying CRM (Suga).
- The primary contact for selling customers for documentation, such as registrations, licences, finance letters, ASIC checks etc.
- Coordination of vehicle inspections in all States.
- Oversee all vehicle compliance documentation prior to payment, including service history, warranty paperwork, keys, other parts etc.
- Follow up on all checks and final requirements prior to collection.
- Maintain ongoing contact for any customer enquiries.
The position is very important to the flow of Buying processes and acts as a key intermediary between Buying and Site leaders. The successful incumbent will be encouraged to bring initiatives and experience to further improve customer service efficiencies.
