The Coordinator - NDIS Direct Support Rostering position is key to coordinating all aspects of rostering direct support shifts ensuring the effective delivery of services to EACH NDIS Customers. You will manage the day-to-day deployment of staff to minimise shift vacancies and therefore financial losses, whilst maximising opportunities for Customers to receive the full compliment of services they have purchased, with an aim of enhancing Customer satisfaction.
Your will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, and make a huge difference to the lives NDIS Clients by ensuring the smooth operation of services.
Your days will involve;
- Understanding service goals, in order to match the appropriate Support Worker to the customers' needs aligned with skills, experience and costing.
- Roster shifts with SCHADS rostering rules in Carelink+ and clear shift rejects and approvals.
- Checking after hours reports and responding to both customer request for changes and support worker requests, being responsive to phone calls, emails and texts in relation to rosters & requests.
Your days will be varied, using Carelink+ and working with our NDIS team across Melbourne, you will be empowered to make sure that service delivery is rostered optimally for clients.
