Key Responsibilities

How you will make an impact The Team Leader - Rehabilitation Access Coordinator (RAC) will work in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to optimise referrals to Cabrini Rehabilitation and ensure assessments by the RAC team are prioritised based on patient clinical assessments.
