Loumain, an established commercial construction company with a steady pipeline of project ranging from $2 - $15M is currently seeking applicants interested in a CA (Contract Administrator) position.
The company operates under an ISO certified Integrated Management System and conforms to accreditations such as Office of Federal Safety Commissioner and various government pre-qualification schemes.

General responsibilities and areas of training (modules) include:

Estimating & tendering
Variations and cost management
EOTs, NODs, and RFIs - contract administration
Invoicing and payment schedules
Site Minute Actions/Distributions
NCC, Worksafe construction compliance
Site Specific health and safety management
Organisation and management of sub-contractors and suppliers
Problem solving & negotiating
Programming of multiple tasks simultaneously, both Macro and Micro
Communication and stakeholder collaboration
Design interpretation and understanding
Record keeping and administration

Desired skills?
Strong communication skills,
Candidate should be approachable and have the ability to communicate professionally and relate directly with clients and consultants,
Ability to work with a diverse and distributed team,
Task efficiency with good time management skills
The role and training provided has a strong emphasis on contract administration and sub-contractor management.

The candidate would work either on-site (Victoria - Melbourne SE suburbs, Queensland - Brisbane SE suburbs) or off-site (office in Eight Mile Plains, QLD or Clyde North, VIC), remotely, or otherwise as required depending on life circumstances.
