If you are a recent PR/social media graduate or junior administrative assistant seeking a new challenge, then this role is for you!

Thrive Sydney is seeking its new PR Office Coordinator / PA to the CEO following the recent promotion of this role into a full-time client account position. This is an exciting opportunity to join the operations team at Thrive and be central to the success of our HQ and Sydney team.

This is a dynamic role with direct exposure to the Executive Leadership representative overseeing operations and the CEO in a fast-paced environment that values passion, accountability, curiosity, collaboration and integrity every day at Thrive. A Unique Role with three dimensions:

Office Coordinator

  • Set up, pack up, hosting and more - this role takes care of the office and the team
  • Lights on, music on, visitors in the boardroom, couriers at the door, catering and coffees needed - you keep the daily workflow moving and the vibe happening
  • Travel, accommodation, restaurant bookings and more - keep up to date with where to eat and where to book teams and clients
  • Wrangle the team to deliver Thrive social events like Thrive O’Clock on Thursdays - our weekly social catch up
  • You can manage the admin budget and support with office end-of-month reconciliations
  • Suppliers are your besties - you can coordinate external teams to get jobs done
  • Help deliver the weekly Thrive All-Agency WIP providing support to the National Admin Manager
  • You’re the ultimate wrangler and doer collaborating closely with the Property Manager on maintenance and the National Operations Manager on all operations deliverables
  • Monday to Thursday in office ~ Fridays work from home

Thrive PR & Event Support

  • Learn and support with content ideas and production for Thrive’s social media channels
  • Provide quarterly event support for Thrive’s Decades Ahead and other events at HQ including guest list management, hosting and event coordination such as catering and bump in/out

Personal Assistant support to CEO

  • Support to manage bookings and diary - weekly meetings with the CEO to confirm the week ahead
  • Be the internal go-to person for CEO diary access
  • Support with special requests related to travel, client gifting and hospitality
  • NB / CEO’s marketing, internal comms and some business requirements are managed by the Marketing/Comms team

About You

  • Recent graduate or certificate in PR/social media ~ we will also consider hungry-to-learn school leavers
  • Superpower organisational and time management skills
  • Multitasker with initiative and strong attention to detail
  • Budget and admin nous
  • Tech smart - proficient with Google Docs, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Well presented and articulate
  • Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
