• Review project designs for regulatory and building compliance.

The Purpose:

Reporting to the GM Merchant Growth, the Head of Merchant Growth will oversee and direct the Business Development activity for AP+ including building Eco-system adoption of AP+ products and growing least cost routing:

• Development of Least Cost Routing strategy, targets and rhythms to drive growth.

• Leader in driving the AP+ Commercial strategy to deliver transactions, new revenue and Eco-system growth.
• Leading and negotiating partnerships, distribution, funding or other deals that support the AP+ strategy.

In order for you to be successful in the role, you’ll have:

• Knowledge of payments and how they are used by financial institutions, retailers, and Australian businesses.
• Experience in building Eco-systems and winning new business at scale within a payments environment.
• Ability to package products and present compelling sales presentations to drive adoption.
• Experience developing and building commercial relationships.
• Experience leading business development teams working with complex ability to deliver.
• Proven experience in negotiating complex deals to drive win-win partnerships.
• Proven experience driving growth across a high functioning team responsible for Business Development, within the payments space.
• Proven experience managing & growing the strategic commercial relationships with AP+

The Compliance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of compliance within epay, ensuring that the company operates within legal and regulatory requirements. They will develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and training programs, as well as conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and address any compliance issues.

• Demonstrated Product Management experience (3-5 years),in a payments or e-invoicing environment.
• Experience in B2B Payments, B2C Payments, bill payments and e-invoicing.
• Proven experience in end-to-end product management of account-to-account products or services specifically New Payments Platform (NPP Payments) or BPAY Payments.

A Day in the Life

The Missing Link Security Operations Centre provides 24x7 Managed Services (MS) support to our clients across a variety of sectors. Day-to-day you will be responsible for the monitoring, troubleshooting and L1 & L2 support for market-leading security technologies such as CyberArk, Fortinet, Cisco, Checkpoint, Proofpoint & more. You will also collaborate with our Security Architects, Engineers and clients to facilitate the transition from implementation project to managed service.

While most work will be supporting our clients during their hours of operation, you will also be required to assist the Senior SOC Engineers in responding to incidents. As well as working closely with our MDR Team to respond to and defend against malicious activity targeting our clients.

When you first come on board, you’ll be given a structured training and development plan that is tailored to you and your previous experiences. This will include a combination of industry qualifications as well as vendor-specific certifications specific to your role.

Essential

• 1+ years of experience working with IT systems, networking and/or security technologies
• 0.5 - 1+ years experience working within a Managed Service Provider or similar role
• Hands-on security knowledge of Windows/Linux/Unix platforms
• Hands-on experience with one or more NGFW, EDR, PAM SWG, SEG
• Exposure to On-Prem, Virtualised and Cloud Security Technologies

• Understanding of MPLS/SD-WAN, Network Segmentation, URL Filtering and Deep Packet Inspection
• A demonstrated knowledge of IT security controls, OSI Model and TCP IP Stack
• Certifications – CompTIA Network +, Cisco CCNA or similar courses

About the Opportunity

As a beginner Tech Assistant, you’ll be part of a wider team that work directly with Datacom’s clients (often Government agencies) After comprehensive training your role will be to help solve technical issues as they arise over phone, email or an alert system, you’ll work in a timely and efficient manner, with the option to escalate for additional support where necessary.
