The Purpose:

As the Product Manager this role will deliver support for key projects and strategic initiatives focused on future business payment products, capability development and enhancements across the Business Payments portfolio.  

The role will focus on supporting existing account to account payments products as well as extending product capabilities to support corporate B2B Payments more broadly and includes integration of Business Payments products with other AP+ products and capabilities. This role focuses on supporting the growth of Business Payments including bill payment and e-invoicing.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development of Business Payment products including B2B Payments, B2C Payments, bill payments and e-Invoicing.
  • The development and delivery of products and services including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, working closely with key stakeholders including extended parties of the payments ecosystem such as end user industry groups.
  • Working with wider Payments & Schemes team to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer.
  • Looking for process efficiencies and working with key stakeholders to ensure potential blockers to delivery are removed.

In order for you to be successful in the role, you’ll have:

  • Demonstrated Product Management experience (3-5 years),in a payments or e-invoicing environment.
  • Experience in B2B Payments, B2C Payments, bill payments and e-invoicing.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end product management of account-to-account products or services specifically New Payments Platform (NPP Payments) or BPAY Payments.
  • Proven strong ability to converse with a range of stakeholders including end-users at all levels of the organisation
