As the BCM stream lead for the CPS230 program of work your primary accountability is to document the business continuity plans for Rest’s critical business processes consistent with the Rest BCP policy and framework. The BCP are to be documented in close consultation with the business and in alignment with information security and disaster recovery protocols.   • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business continuity and resilience initiatives.

  • Oversee and support the implementation of business continuity plans, ensuring they are effectively integrated into day-to-day operations.
