PERSOLKELLY are in partnership with our client based in Parramatta looking for an experienced Administrator.
Due to expansion, the team are now looking for an experienced Administrator to report directly to the Administration Team Leader and be a vital addition to these Parramatta based clients, customers, and project teams.
As the Administrator you will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders and will be responsible for ensuring the business delivers, so previous exposure to contracts and estimation processes is crucial.
The Administrator is accountable for supporting the operations team through the provision of business administration services including secretarial support, data entry associated with accounts payable and customer invoicing along with the gathering and presentation of business information.
Your responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
· Liaises with internal and external parties including clients, suppliers, service providers and senior management.
· Ensures effective processes are in place to ensure that the processing of paperwork is completed within the required time frames.
· Ensures marketing administration processes are effectively applied within the business. This includes assisting team members to ensure customer details are correctly recorded.
Key Requirements of the role include:
· Experience as an Administrator within a busy office environment within a multi-site company.
· Ability to deliver a high level of customer service and ensures customer satisfaction is delivered to the client.
· Well organised, self-starter, with a team orientation and able to work to tight deadlines.
· Highly literate with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
· Advanced computer literacy in both Windows and business-based applications.
· Experience with Navision business management software or equivalent.
