Role & Responsibilities:
Supports ANZ Marketing Managers in driving portfolio growth and ensuring adherence to global guidelines.
Assists in executing local marketing plans and maintains an integrated media calendar with ROI metrics.
Leads market competition intelligence for New Product Introduction (NPI) presentations.
Manages data analytics for ANZ categories in collaboration with APAC.
Contributes to pricing strategy and competitive analysis (RPI).
Collaborates on digital initiatives including assets, social media, content, and influencer strategies.
Tracks and manages advertising and promotion budgets (A&P).
Curates insights on audience, creative performance, and platform analytics.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience at the Assistant Brand Manager level.
Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing.
Proficient in statistical analysis and budget management.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Fluent in English.
