Agile Analytics In this role you will us your skills and knowledge as follows: Applies analytics techniques that incorporate statistics and statistical models, programming and database skills?? Recognises and overcomes data anomalies? Develops insights for decision-making? Reviews and monitors models-in-use and adjusts as required?? Provides strategic input and innovation to organisational data science initiatives? Data Analysis and Interpretation: Collect and analyse large sets of structured and unstructured data from multiple sources. Develop insights and provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis. Report and Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView. Ensure reports and dashboards are tailored to meet the specific needs of different business stakeholders. Data Modelling: Create and maintain data models that support efficient data retrieval and reporting. Ensure data models are optimized for performance and scalability. ETL Process Development: Design and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to consolidate data from various sources. Ensure data integrity and accuracy during the ETL process. DevOps CI/CD deployments Database Management: Manage and optimize databases and data warehouses. Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements. Present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in an easily understandable manner. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and dashboards. Create documentation and training materials to facilitate user adoption. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor the performance of BI solutions and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency. Implement best practices for BI solution development and maintenance. Project Planning and Coordination: Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time. Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to ensure project success. Manage team workload and ensure resources are utilized efficiently. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle and take corrective actions as needed. Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets. Ensure the project stays within budget and make adjustments as necessary. Quality Assurance: Establish quality standards for project deliverables. Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. Communication and Reporting: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide project updates. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources. Ensure changes are documented and approved by relevant stakeholders. Project Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and status reports. Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
