Your New Role:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will report to the State Manager who is known for their easygoing and supportive nature and will be responsible for providing a high level of service to some of our client's most important customers. Your duties will include:
Manage key customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and handling service requests efficiently.
Coordinate with branch offices for prompt and accurate service delivery.
Issue timely invoices to meet monthly targets.
Monitor Work in Progress (WIP) and outstanding debts for financial goal achievement.
Update ERP systems and customer portals regularly for accuracy.

About You:
Previous Administration, Sales Coordination, Account Coordination, Sales Administration or Sales Support experience
Previous experience in construction or engineering will be highly regarded
Strong knowledge of ERP and invoicing systems
