Position Overview:

Caseload Breakdown:

10-15 NDIS sessions per week with $166.99 income per session.

Salary Range:

Role Overview

You will partner with local management to build strong rapport and ensure that their business requirements are met and that they are fully supported to achieve great outcomes for the recipients of Melba’s services. About You:

• Proven experience (2 + years) as a HR Business Partner
• Strong working knowledge of legislative frameworks and industrial awards
• A skilled communicator and people person who has a record of success in developing and optimising relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strategic and innovative thinker who can develop solutions to the business to solve problems
• A flexible and positive outlook.
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource management or similar, or equivalent experience
• Ability to travel to the Gippsland region and/or Morwell Office periodically to support business teams.
