Join a rapidly growing private physiotherapy practice in Melbourne's south east, committed to revolutionizing the field of physical rehabilitation. Our clients mission is to guide clients toward recovery and wellness through innovative and evidence-based therapies. Setting themselves apart in neurological and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, they house cutting-edge technology, state-of-the-art robotic gait training.

Responsibilities

 

  • Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for a spectrum of conditions, encompassing stroke, spinal cord injuries, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, and various musculoskeletal injuries.
  • Utilise cutting-edge technologies like the robotic machine and advanced interventions such as functional electrical stimulation to enhance client care.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, doctors, nurses, and NDIS coordinators to ensure holistic client care.
  • Exercise autonomy to introduce innovative practices, including novel treatment approaches, pioneering technologies, and client engagement strategies, contributing to the clinic's evolution.
  • Opportunity to contribute to refining our services, policies, and operational procedures, playing a crucial role in the continuous enhancement of our offerings.

  • Regular case studies and discussions with team for best practices.

 

  • General registration with AHPRA
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in physiotherapy
  • Preferably two years of experience as a physiotherapist
  • Comfortable and motivated to engage with clients presenting complex and multifaceted conditions, particularly those under the NDIS.
  • Demonstrate outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with the ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Exhibit a passion for continuous learning and education.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanour, dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care to our diverse clientele.
