Role Overview:

The Strategic Business Partnering Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and driving Melba’s progressive and ambitious People Strategy. Understanding the critical link between people and business success, this role is responsible for leading a team of Business Partners to ensure our leaders are supported right across the employee life cycle.

Our Business Partnering team will leverage data to provide insights and to accelerate the achievement of our overall strategic goals, whilst continuing to improve the employee experience from attraction right through to exit.  

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic HR Business Partnering model to enhance the overall employee experience and customer experience for our supported people.
• Lead, coach and mentor a team of HR Business Partners enabling them to truly partner with the organization and to understand their business needs, leverage their expertise, data and other insights to add value.

Opportunity:

Working out of our office based in Sydney, the Sales and Business Development Associate will focus on developing new business and ensuring growth of new accounts to achieve sales quota. The Sales and Business Development Associate has a significant revenue impact on the company and will have a sales quota. The Sales and Business Development Associate will use the resources given to meet corporate sales objectives and maintain customer satisfaction.
