We are seeking a talented individual who can effectively collaborate with service delivery teams and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new initiatives and system enhancements. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency in the delivery of services.
In this dynamic role, you will:
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and reviews of existing documentation to understand business processes
- Create detailed and clear business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specifications
- Work closely with project teams to design effective and efficient solutions and validate that implemented solution to meet business requirements
You will also be responsible for developing data models and defining data requirements for reporting and analytics. You will have the opportunity to build interactive reports and dashboards, utilizing tools such as Power BI. Your expertise in data analysis will be crucial as you analyse data to produce reports that measure performance against KPIs, highlighting insights, trends, and potential risks. Additionally, you will prepare data extracts according to detailed specifications and perform extensive data validation and quality assurance analysis.
As a Data and Business Analyst, you will stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies relevant to data/business analysis. You will actively contribute to team meetings, workshops, and daily standups to discuss projects, issues, and ideas. Your ability to assist in the development of change management plans and support the implementation of changes will be highly valued.
