The Position
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources your role will involve but not be limited to;
- Advising our District Managers and Leadership Team nationally, providing sound advice and consultation
- Building internal cross functional relationships based on integrity
- Supporting the resolution of workplace relations issues and building a compliance mindset
- Credibly coaching managers to deliver positive, effective partner outcomes when dealing with performance or behaviour issues
- Creating, building and maintaining scalable and value adding processes and programs
- Managing the roll out of national initiatives and projects
- Building valuable business intelligence through reporting and analysis
- Using information to make credible and commercial decisions in line with our Partner Value Proposition
- Participating in projects and initiatives on a functional and cross-functional basis whilst managing milestones, budgets and roadblocks in line with project expectations.
