Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park is one of the only beachfront caravan and camping locations in Sydney, located at Narrabeen Beach on Sydney's Northern Beaches. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and ensuring our guests have the most memorable holiday experience.

This is a full-time, 6-month maternity leave cover contract, reporting to the General Manager.

What you’ll do:

You will ensure the highest possible standards of efficiency and professionalism in Front Office Guest Services and the Housekeeping Department. You will lead by example and your hard work and passion will be rewarded with plenty of responsibility and a real opportunity to shine!

You will assist in providing managerial oversight and daily coordination to housekeeping and front office duties, task allocation and team rosters. You will ensure effective communication and liaison with other departments and Resort Management, to guarantee a smooth operation.

What you’ll bring:

• A reputation for providing excellent customer service, engaging in great conversations with our guests 
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Management – hospitality/tourism industry will be highly regarded
• Good time management and an eye for detail  
• Passionate and team-oriented with a "lead from the front" mentality
• Flexible attitude to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays
• Park Management CRM system experience – not essential but highly regarded (Newbook and/or RMS)
• Previous Housekeeping experience and supervisory oversight to employees preferred - resort or hotel experience will be highly regarded
• A suitable level of fitness with a flexible approach to workloads and a can do attitude
