Join this leading law firm in a leadership and management role Your new company Your new company is a leading law firm seeking an Office Services Manager to join their team in a permanent role. Your new role Your new role as Office Services Manager leads and manages all office services, word processing, junior administration assistants and reception staff, in addition to managing the day-to-day operation of the Adelaide office. Your duties will include but are not limited to: Staff management, ensuring workflow is consistent and to a high standard Participate in hiring, onboarding, inducting and training of new staff Provide expert advice for office protocols Rostering and arrangement of shifts for all administration staff Record management, including filing, retrieving and maintaining records Supplier contract negotiations Office and building management What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in this role, you will need: Previous experience working in a law firm and/or professional services Previous experience managing teams Understanding of the function of legal administrators in a mid-sized law firm High level of organisation skills Commitment to confidentiality and discretion What you'll get in return This role offers an opportunity for professional growth, a central office location in the CBD and a competitive salary package.
