Responsibilities

  • Ensuring timely and accurate deposit and withdrawal processing within the company's policies and regulatory and compliance frameworks.
  • Responding to client inquiries and helping in funding their accounts. Keeping clients informed with updates and the status of their transactions.
  • Collaborating with other departments as necessary to solve problems and improve processes.
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on funding-related matters.
  • Responsible for handling complex cases and updating corresponding work procedures.
  • Undertaking the onboarding and maintenance of Payment Service Providers (PSP), and the evaluation of PSP performance by data analysis.
  • Assisting with the draft and following up on funding-related system upgrade requests.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
  • High attention to detail to facilitate information accuracy.
  • Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Patience in conducting repetitive tasks and be able to maintain a high level of accuracy when multitasking.
  • A fast learner, with the ability to absorb substantial information and knowledge with ease, and subsequently apply them.
  • Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office skills (Advanced Excel skills will be highly regarded).
