A wholesaler and Distributor of Outdoor, Marine, and Snow Sport Products who have been operating for 50 years! Your new company Operating from Preston, this organisation is currently seeking a All-Rounder/Office Manager to join their Team in a full-time capacity. You will be reporting to the owner of the business and responsible for supporting the team with administration tasks. Your new role The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, enthusiastic, keen to learn and driven to provide the best possible experience for both internal and external customers. You will have a strong professional work ethic with the ability to undertake your role efficiently and accurately to meet deadlines, enjoy working as part of a close-knit team, but can work autonomously as well. You will also be required to: Act as representative of a company in direct contact with clients and other external contacts Responding to emails and answering phone calls, following up on orders General ordering and invoice processing. Oversee daily wholesale operations to ensure all orders are fulfilled and meet customers' specifications Helping in organising the delivery of orders to the end point Sales administration End to End business administration Products supply, import of stock Marketplace management Website Maintenance Maintaining levels of office & kitchen supplies Completing any ad-hoc duties as required What you'll need to succeed To be successful in obtaining this opportunity, you will have a willingness to learn, a proven work ethic and experience in the same or related field. You will also need: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail and accuracy are a must. Excellent communication skills Proficiency in office software and tools (MS Office suite) Ability to solve problems with a proactive mindset Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and able to multitask and prioritise tasks Experience with Paint or Adobe is highly advantageous.
