As a Store Manager at H&M, you are responsible for achieving the Sales and Profit goals in your store by creating a plan to deliver a great customer experience. You know the importance of listening to your team's ideas and supporting them to develop their skills. When you're not on the floor, you actively contribute to the success of your team and store by developing strategic sales strategies.

As a Store Manager at H&M you: 

  • Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and create a memorable experience for our customers. 
  • Promote our Hello Member loyalty program in line with store and country goals. 
  • Regularly analyze and follow up your store’s sales & profit KPIs and take actions accordingly to maximize results. 
  • Manage the recruitment, training, development and succession planning for your store. 
  • Together with your Leadership Team, you ensure scheduling increases conversion within the frame of the hours plan. 
  • You strengthen our company culture by promoting feedback in our daily work and coach your team.
