Our Service Desk is a 24/7 operation. Canberra’s operational hours are Monday to Sunday 7 am to 7 pm. To be successful for a full-time role, you will need to have full availability to work across these hours on a rotating roster.

Due to client clearance requirements Australian Citizenship, ability to pass national police check and willingness to obtain a Baseline Clearance is essential

What you’ll do

Our Service Desk Agent’s are the first point of contact for our clients. No two days will be the same as you’ll be proactively problem solving any customer issues that come your way or escalating them as appropriate. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will respond to phone and email queries, alerts from customers, provide high quality and efficient experiences, guiding customer through first level technical support. You’ll identify, troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests, whilst working with a team of close knit, like-minded people, who rally each other through the rushes and support each other with more in-depth queries.

We are an agile company, and are keen to respond to customer, technology and internal stakeholders’ changing requirements and this can mean we evolve in our roles to meet those needs.

What you’ll do:

• Respond to phone calls and emails in relation to level 1 technical support

• Work to given Service Level Agreements and KPI’s

• Problem solve and troubleshoot

• Multitask!

• Management of a portfolio of clients, ensuring your caseload is actioned within timeframes specified in our service level agreements
• Liaising with specialists and medical clinics to obtain medical records on behalf of clients.
• Writing accurate case notes in the medEbridge platform
• Relationship management between clients and UHG

As Guest Experience Team Leader, you will report to the Guest Welcome Manager and will lead by example, providing operational support and inspiring the Front Office Team to deliver a warm and personalised hospitality to each and every guest, upholding our Novotel and Accor brand standards.  This is a permanent full time position, 38 hours per week.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist the Front Office Leadership team in the smoothly and efficient Front Office operations of the Hotel
• Working alongside the team. Proactively handling guest complaints and requests professionally and efficiently
• Train and direct the team to provide exceptional guest service at all times
• Always uphold a positive, can-do energy pertaining to guest and workplace challenges
• Provide a structured and consistent onboarding and training experience for Front Office team members
• Ensure the Front Office team provides prompt and efficient service whilst also maximising occupancy levels and up-selling the properties facilities and rooms.

As Guzman y Gomez continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join the team. The Payroll Officer will play a crucial role ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of our Payroll. They will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll processes and providing vital support to the wider teams.

What you can expect in the role:

• Integration of new hires into relevant systems
• Review and complete termination workflows
• Monitoring timecards and exceptions
• Assisting with timecard and employee set up inquiries
• Managing leave entries
• Daily review of hours and exception reporting
• Reviewing payroll reports and cross-checking HR actions and Payroll changes
• Facilitating payroll sign-offs
• Ensuring timely issuance of payslips
• Investigating and resolving post payroll queries
• Preparing termination off cycle runs
• Monthly system reconciliation
• Supporting franchisees with payroll processing queries
• Documenting payroll processing procedures
• Managing and responding to payroll inquiries
• Checking and approving pay reports

You’ll enjoy this role if you have:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a fast-paced multi-site environment
• Experience with ichris and Tanda is preferred
• Intermediate to advanced excel skills
• Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
• Ability to understand, interpret and explain payroll and T&A data
• Ability to understand and interpret awards
