Employer is seeking a suitable Applicant for a Full Time Position as an Open Spaces Officer in Hope Vale
Role Includes:
Assist in the planning, coordination and delivery of the day-to-day cleaning duties and tasks of council
facilities.
Ensure all floors, walls, windows, internal glass, public counters, doors, counters, tables, benches and
furniture are free of dust, marks and general residue.
Clean and sanitize all toilet fittings, including hand basins, chrome fittings, urinals, toilet seats, pans and
mirrors.
Replenishing toiletries, such as toilet paper, paper towels and hand wash.
Empty bins and replace bin liners on a daily basis.
Maintain and stock cleaning supply rooms as needed.
Adhere to health and safety standards when dealing with cleaning agents and chemicals.
Promptly report maintenance issues to the Cleaning Services Supervisor or the Operations Manager.
Ensure all facility doors, windows, entrances and exits are securely closed and locked on completion of
cleaning duties.
Participate and contribute to the planning and innovation in service delivery in collaboration with the
Cleaning Services Supervisor and Operations Manager when required.
Other duties within scope of the position level as directed.
