We are seeking an experienced and energetic allied health practitioner with an interest in veterans health. The ideal candidate will have at least seven years experience as a practicing practitioner and demonstrated experience leading diverse teams. You need to possess excellent leadership and demonstrated ability to cultivate high performing teams, excellent organisational skills, ability to drive clinical governance, quality improvement and change management within the teams, ability to manage competing priorities with fluctuating workloads, and demonstrated ability to support and operationalise strategic goals. The successful candidate will have the ability to develop, analyse, interpret and provide high level strategic advice on allied health principles and practices. You will promote workplace practices consistent with the APS Values and have excellent interpersonal skills. Executive Level 2 employees are strong managers
