The Legislative Reform Branch, within the Policy Division is seeking an experienced policy manager to provide guidance and technical expertise to the development of policy materials in support of the generational Legislative reform occurring within the Veterans Affairs portfolio. This role will oversee the development of technical policy and procedural documentation that provides the framework for the decision makers across the Department. The position will involve the preparation of critical work to support implementation of new legislation with effect from 1 July . This work is a key priority of Government in response to recommendations from the Royal Commission into Defence and Veteran Suicide.
