The role - what you’ll do

We are seeking a new General Manager to lead our APAC region, which includes the direct leadership of the sales function. Reporting to our CRO, Glen Foster (https://www.linkedin.com/in/glenfoster1/ ) who is based in London, you'll run a team of revenue generation specialists with the support of small leadership team who head up Account Management & Customer Success, New Business and Business Development. You'll also have a small Marketing team and a People and Finance team to support on a day to day basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, develop and lead a diverse team to deliver against revenue and active client growth targets.
• Represent Dext externally as the senior representative for APAC, owning the strategy and budget needed to win the market. This will include working alongside the Chief Revenue Officer and the Senior Leadership team, to ensure alignment with the global company strategy.
• Provide expertise on local market dynamics and needs. Ensure central functions (esp. product, marketing, CS) understand those needs, and hold them accountable for delivering to them.

About you - what we are looking for

Skills

• Ability to recruit, develop and coach the Dext APAC team; managing people on their team for the full 'life-cycle' of their time at Dext
• Building and owning the employee culture in APAC
• Set the strategic direction for the APAC business, translating strategic direction into regional-specific sales and marketing strategies and tangible implementation activities.
• Has a strong grasp of the key business KPIs and has the ability to accurately forecast revenue and costs

Knowledge

• Strong understanding of the competitive landscape we operate in; keeps abreast of the value proposition and limitations of competitors within the same space as Dext, as well as newcomers entering the market.
• Clear understanding of our full product suite and the value it can provide customers. Keeps up-to-date with all new releases, and proactively builds knowledge of upcoming features / services into sales strategies for the coming months.
• Experience of successfully managing a commercial team in a fast growth SaaS environment, closing deals at various levels of complexity, and generating expansion revenue. Understands how to lead a multi-functional sales team; ideally should have experience leading the pre- and post- sale commercial function(s) in a hyper-growth environment (+40-50% YoY growth).
• Strong understand of SAAS metrics and KPIs as well as levers to improve performance of key metrics over time

About the Role

The Marketing Growth Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth for Ofload in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Ofload’s marketing team to drive the growth of the Ofload brand. About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager - Energy Storage Systems (ESS) to lead the development of our next generation of battery energy storage products built with Relectrify’s patented CellSwitch™ technology.  

The Product Manager (ESS) will be accountable for establishing the company’s product roadmap to meet the objectives of the company strategy and the expectations of our target markets, and driving the delivery of high quality products. 

The position offers the flexibility of hybrid work between home and our office in Melbourne. Some domestic and international travel may be required from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Detailed definition of product specifications based on thorough understanding of target market requirements and expectations. 
• Development of the product roadmap within the bounds of the engineering technology roadmap and company strategy. 
• Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships in the delivery of products, including the Product Engineering team, supply chain partners and lead customers.
• Implementing appropriate tools and processes to support successful product life-cycle management. 

Essential Requirements

About the Opportunity 

Reporting and partnering directly with the CEO, this role is all about strengthening our sales strategies, identifying new opportunities, proactively building relationships, leading and driving results nationally. The National Account Manager plays a pivotal role in our client’s business. You will be responsible for delivering on business objectives, shaping and executing sales strategies across a national portfolio of new and existing business and will use your financial and commercial acumen to manage budget and the PNL. You will be leading, and responsible for, the management of an important new account that the business has landed on a national scale.  

You will be seen as a trusted Brand Advocate to our customers, partners, retailers, prospective clients, and internal team members. Your role will involve understanding and passionately communicating the value of our products and our business unique aspects. With a sound understanding of sales techniques, an ability to formulate insights and problem solve, a proactive approach to work and a natural and inherent ability to connect and converse with a range of stakeholders, you and your team will continue to grow our client’s business.  

• Drive revenue growth within a designated portfolio of existing business. 
• Manage the department's budget and have accountability for the PNL.  
• Proactively seek and secure new independent or group accounts, strategically avoiding direct competition with existing account locations. 
• Identify and act on opportunities to achieve year-over-year sales growth. 
• Analyse competitors, trends and share business insights to foster meaningful outcomes for continuous improvement. 
• Provide education and training of internal staff on our products, procedures, selling techniques, and promotions. 
• Collaborate on staff incentive activities using the allocated annual budget to boost sales. 
• Proactively contribute to and monitor promotional strategies for your accounts, ensuring impactful initiatives.   
• Prepare and submit the monthly sales report to the managing director.

• Excellent communication skills, the ability to negotiate and manage commercial agreements, and past experience with both new and existing account management.  
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing a budget and PNL is essential. Financial acumen is required.  
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. 
• Strong analytical Mindset with ability to draw Sales reports. 
• Willingness to travel for meetings, retailer visits and industry events (essential – please do not apply if you are unable to regularly travel interstate) 
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach. 
• Hold an Australian Driver’s license.
