Qualifications & experience
Diploma or Bachelor of Nursing, with registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
Excellent communication skills
Great teamwork and time management skills
Tasks & responsibilities
Provide exceptional patient centred care
Work collaboratively with patients supporting their individual health management plan
Flexible approach to support team outcomes
