We're seeking a highly skilled Port Logistics Manager to lead our clients’ operations and drive efficiency in a bustling port environment in Bunbury. Reporting into the Regional Manager, this key role is responsible for the management and safe execution of the terminal logistics and operations.Responsibilities include:Drive a culture of continuous improvement, implementing best practices and innovative technologies to enhance efficiency and reduce costsLead a talented team of logistics professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work culture to achieve operational excellenceBuild and maintain strong relationships with shipping partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and effective communicationUtilise data analytics to make informed decisions, improving processes, and mitigating risksProvide support to the Regional ManagerTo be considered for this permanent role you will bring a background in shipping, cargo logistics and supply chain within a port operations environment. You will have demonstrated experience in business improvement and bring strong negotiation skills. A proven ability to drive high performing teams and deliver successful outcomes is key.Tertiary qualification or relevant tertiary qualification in logistics or similar and/or Business Management qualification is desirable. Essential requirements:To be eligible for this permanent role, applicants must reside in or be willing to relocate to Bunbury and provide proof of Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
