We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to join us on a full-time permanent basis.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager - Audience Analytics and MarTech you will execute and analyse audience lifecycle marketing campaigns and communications that connect our content with Australian audiences and drive positive commercial outcomes.

Day to day you will: 

• Execute and optimise marketing campaigns across the audience lifecycle (acquisition, onboarding, retention, win-back).

• Utilise our Customer Data Platform and marketing technology for audience segmentation and multi-channel campaigns (email, mobile push, in-app, digital ads).

• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to help ideate campaign creative and content that is fit for purpose across channels and target audiences.

• Manage the implementation and optimisation of communications,  digital, performance, and social marketing activity.

• Apply a test, measure and learn approach to initiatives across all channels

• Analyse performance by segment and channel, identifying key opportunities to drive audience retention

• Compile and share campaign results, insights, recommendations, competitor intel and best practice examples with the marketing team and stakeholders.

• Assist with troubleshooting and escalating MarTech platform technical issues

What you will be focusing on as an Enterprise Acquisition Account Executive

• Execute on territory plans to deliver maximum revenue potential within a pool of broad, regionally focused accounts.
• Collaborative pre-defined SE support based on region.
• 3-5 customers, 5-8 prospects, with 15 total accounts.
• Drive new logo customers, focusing on landing and expanding Dynatrace usage.
• Consult with Vice President and C-level executives to develop and implement an effective enterprise-wide strategy that maximizes the value delivered by Dynatrace; position Dynatrace relative to the competition.
• Generate velocity by establishing Dynatrace in new markets through product demonstrations, in-market events and account specific initiatives.
• Develop a contact network within named accounts and channel partners to ensure Dynatrace can be sold broadly and effectively.
• Work closely with Dynatrace functional areas such as sales engineering, marketing, legal, finance and other lines of business to develop and execute a solution strategy to meet customer business needs.

We’re looking for an Account Executive, SMB to join Procore’s Sales team. In this role, you’ll apply an understanding of Procore’s products, sales methodology, processes, prospecting techniques, and customer base while selling to small and medium business accounts in Australia and New Zealand.

As an Account Executive, SMB, you’ll focus on companies that can benefit from Procore’s world-class project management tool for the construction industry. The primary function of this position is new account acquisition, where you’ll grow revenue with an emphasis on new product sales to our customer base. This includes cold-calling, prospecting, qualifying, conducting product demonstrations, solution selling, negotiation, execution of service agreements, and closing.

What you'll do:

• Timely follow-up and qualification of new prospects from either inbound leads or customer requests generated by marketing
• Manage and maintain accurate leads, opportunities, and account information within Salesforce.com

What we’re looking for:

• BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
• 2+ years of demonstrated successful software sales, preferably B2B
• Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desired
• Proven record of success in an inside sales and/or outside sales-based selling model
• Proven ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email with customers
• Ability and resilience to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Ability to develop trusted relationships
• Proficiency with Google Suite products and online collaboration tools
• Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, specifically Salesforce.com
• Proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting

Reporting to the General Manager, being an active member of the Executive Committee, you will work closely with the General Manager and hotel leadership team with main duties that include but are not limited to:

•  Analysing and identifying with rigor financial pressure points and opportunities to maximise efficiencies and flow through

•  Actively contribute to the hotel Executive Committee with input into the successful strategic direction of the hotel

•  Monitoring all financial systems for the Hotel to improve and streamline procedures ensuring compliance
