We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to join us on a full-time permanent basis.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager - Audience Analytics and MarTech you will execute and analyse audience lifecycle marketing campaigns and communications that connect our content with Australian audiences and drive positive commercial outcomes.

Day to day you will:
Execute and optimise marketing campaigns across the audience lifecycle (acquisition, onboarding, retention, win-back).
Utilise our Customer Data Platform and marketing technology for audience segmentation and multi-channel campaigns (email, mobile push, in-app, digital ads).
Work closely with the marketing and content teams to help ideate campaign creative and content that is fit for purpose across channels and target audiences.
Manage the implementation and optimisation of communications, digital, performance, and social marketing activity.
Apply a test, measure and learn approach to initiatives across all channels
Analyse performance by segment and channel, identifying key opportunities to drive audience retention
Compile and share campaign results, insights, recommendations, competitor intel and best practice examples with the marketing team and stakeholders.
Assist with troubleshooting and escalating MarTech platform technical issues
Develop a deep understanding of our brands, content verticals and audience behaviour
