About the Role
The overall purpose of the Procurement Finance Manager is the financial management of -
Procurement PPV (External + Affiliate) and direct + indirect FX ? Analysis of performance, monthly financial reporting and forecasting, month-end closing routines, tracking of savings initiatives for ANJ region of Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Korea.
Internal Controls and Balance sheet accounts management: Inventory, accrued liabilities; stock in transit, PPV.
WAPT reporting and forecasting + initiative tracking with the Procurement team.
Yearly long-term forecasts including AOP (Budget) and Strategic Plan.
Driving monthly Central routines such as Monthly Performance Review, Monthly Business Review, Global Risk Management routine, and ad hoc requests.
Business partner for Direct and Indirect Procurement team in identifying financial opportunities, support in negotiations, pricing, Value Engineering projects, and ad hoc requests.
Create visibility for the Procurement team on financial performance and KPI tracking.
