Responsible for performing Health and Safety audits across nominated sites and assist with follow-up actions as required. Report all incidents, hazards, unsafe work conditions and equipment immediately. Coach and assist advisors when necessary TECHNICAL OBJECTIVES Assist with research and development projects to improve Health and Safety performance, including the monitoring and communication of improvement initiatives Facilitate change management and risk assessments for Otraco operations. Communicate with personnel at all levels, within the Company, with clients and external parties. Able to travel to site on a regular basis and where, required by Management at a moment’s notice Responsible for producing monthly reports of Health and Safety performance for nominated sites.
