Raubex Construction are now taking Expressions of Interest from Construction Project Managers, Construction Managers, Construction Supervisors and Senior Construction Supervisors in Western Australia.
The candidate will be responsible for managing a project or number of smaller projects, coordinating various scopes of work as part of an exciting team of Raubex employees. The candidate will assist with the following activities:
- Implementing HSEQ management systems and procedures.
- Running the day-to-day operations of the project.
- Managing and coordinating site teams which includes subcontractors, plant and equipment, labour and consultants.
- Liaising with key project stakeholders including clients, the general public and other external stakeholders.
- Managing and coordinating material procurement and site deliveries.
- Planning, scheduling and implementation of project programs.
- Ensuring project conformance to quality specifications, health and safety standards, environmental standards and any other statutory standards.
- Estimating plant and labour costs as well as determining required material quantities.
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years work experience in a range of disciplines that include:
- Construction Supervision and Management
- Roadworks
- Road pavement construction
- Bituminous materials
- Bituminous surfacing including seal, patching, slurries and asphalt.
- Remote regions project management
- Traffic management
- General all-round knowledge of plant and equipment
The candidate must have:
- Solid understanding of governmental road construction specifications and requirements.
- Self-starters, with well-developed organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Flexibility, able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to problem solve.
A remuneration package between $75,000 - $160,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
